The caravan was absolutely spotless, and the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable and cosy. All of the beds were pristine, and fresh clean towels were provided for everyone. We especially loved the decking area, where we could sit outside and enjoy breakfast and afternoon tea. The complimentary drinks and hampers were such a thoughtful touch and made our stay feel even more special.

Seperate toilet and shower room. 2nd bedroom has a small double rather than twins beds which was ideal for my teenager. Decking was perfect for the dog. Kitchen had everything and more. There was a lovely tray with tea, coffee, sugar etc and even a small bottle of milk for your arrival - very thoughtful. Space for 2 cars. Close proximity to centre / shop / entertainment/ bar. Very quiet site. Beach amazing and dog friendly all year round.

Not much to do on site and needed car. Visited Warkworth Castle which was amazing, and very dog friendly.

Location perfect and the veranda Full equipped but also no room for shopping

Too small for 6 people, Beds very uncomfortable especially the twin room and springs are literally poking through mattress, Windows don’t stay open Bathroom windows can only open a little due to be blocked. Fridge too small Wasn’t clean, rugs dirty,l also a safety hazard as kids kept tripping up Paid a damaged deposit but wasn’t worth it as already damaged like blinds and carpet like pictured Sofas too small for 6 people Blinds are so dirty in bathroom and kitchen- also curtains hanging off! I felt like I might aswell as went camping!!! Very dated and old caravan
